this has been one of my busiest weeks with all the happenings around me and you and everyone else!

ministerial positions:
First pal, and just one of the reasons why i think our constitution is bogus- it's about time that we as a body of one people within and without the 'artifial' borders labeled Ghana identify and fix some more ministerial positions which no 'funny' president can 'too-easily' change without seeking aproval from parliament for eg. and there must be a maximum number of ministeries for any executive! any need to exceed that maximum number could be decided in parliament too!

meanwhile:
Mills is appointing designees, parliament is vetting and passing back nominees to Mills to swear in ministers of importance and non-importance!

the following are wasteful (we are just about 20 mil pple!!!):
minister for information
minister for women and children affairs
minister for culture and chieftiancy
minister at the presidency (in charge of whatever the presidency may tell him!)
some regional minister - 10 or them! but we don't need them at all. DCEs/MCEs are enough! and let's elect those too!

the following are beautiful duplications:
1. minister for science and technology 2. minister for communication (ain't communication largely about technology???).

and all the above would have deputy ministers??? So let Mills stop making noise that he has reduced the number of ministers. Talking about noise pal, (and i digress with glee) i believe beating one's chest and claiming to have fulfilled a promise to reduce the number of ministries by only four with all the above mentioned in place is what should be labeled noise and not public outcry against ex-gratia!!!

and pal, i'm particularly worried that we must take care on demanding promises else we would only end-up with cases like Zita! what we ought to do is identify clearly what our needs are and demand those whether promised or not!!! we can't afford to be playing on our lives with promises made by any president see! well, as for me i'm not going to demand from any president who promises to cut off my throat to honour his promise else that would amount to me playing 'buuuulu'!!

ah pal, my dear Kufuor the kufused has spoken on the matter of his own act for which i called him out to speak and not only speak but condemn his own actions wiht me looking at him without blinking an eye! but alas pal. that man has spoken and he did not only speak but he made noise! just noise! my kufused seems to only have PREMIUM for 'thank-you'! clearly he want's us to thank him for making him a leader... so he wants us to thank all our leaders! as for me i owe no leader thanks!! no leader man! i may choose to thank you, but why? must it be demanded??? and must it be demanded in such monetery terms??? someone is having 'jerked-orgasm' pal.

racial-defect - just wondering!!!
pal, i'm a proud man of the race called 'black' however that came to be! someone else may be called white or blue or green or yellow! and this has been with us since since since! so why play all foolish and act that the other man or woman of the another race is less human??? even animals like cats and goats and sheep and donkeys and hippopotamus are loved and petted by us same human beings!

but well, so we have racial discrimination alright! so what??? i don't bother about it? i don't care if a 'violet' woman thinks that a black man like me can't have a prick let alone brains or pains!!! so why do some get too worked up about racial abuse? these mostly is not uncommon in the sports world. with football in particular there have been countless of monkey callse! i remember my boy Eto'o of barca fame suffering loads of racial abuse especially last season! and many a black player have suffered same or worse across the world! and of course all these are coming after the kinds of giant steps of folks like Rosa Parks of the American civil rights movement!

and so goes the case of Ghana star John Mensah!!!

so racial abuse is a big issue!!! sure it is! but i'm just wondering... that in this day and age, if i'm called a monkey for being 'black' (i'm yet to see the part of my skin that is black still), i wouldn't have to bother at all... in fact i might just smile at the one calling me fish! and i've been called worst things already in my 'minute' life!!! why should i bother that a man chooses to spend his energy calling me names just because of the collour of my skin!!! it's a different matter if a man strikes my knees for being 'his' black-chimp!!!

and pal, i'm not saying racial name calling is 'just' not a big issue! i'm just wondering!!!

i'm off to see the most talked about 'romantic nonsense'! i love stage act more than movies! you need to have something ex-tra before i can sit to watch a movie with you... else give me a copy of the movie and give me some months to work myself into the 'mood' of watching it see?

so there's a lot of talk about 'ex-the-gratia' or what is supposed to be a parting gift for MPs and Presidents from hence with retrospective effect to all living past presidents! haaaaba!

ok so what? so a certain Chinery Hesse committee was set up by Kufuor which to all intents and purposes has only proven how we can (if we allow) be preyed upon by thieves in the name of the law in broad day light under the cover of the sun and with the moon waiting to show!

so what words can describe the recommendations of the Hesse committee's report? me think the following more are even too beautiful:

so my proposal:
For Presidents:
1. No landed properties... i mean no houses whatsoever... take away from RAWlings the raw one immediately the two government bangalows he's using... let him get his own house!

2. No cars! yes or NO, no cars! all the shit talk about recieving two visitors at the same time is Bush's bull... what if he recieves twenty visitors? absolutly no cars and no cars... if cars are needed and the state is involved then state protocol can always make those available as and when needed. finish!

3. No Seed money for no project or library or whatever shit! if any president want's to run any project he should go raise his own funds... we may choose to give them tax-exempt... that's about how far we might wish to be foolish... no more...

4. Security is vital... personally i would reject any security following my every move should i become ex-president cos man, i love LIFE-clandestine... and afterall what should i be afraid off if even someone wrongly wishes to strike my head... because afterall could i ever count the number of lives i might have negatively affected as per my actions or inactions... man is human everyday! so well... let there be security alright!

5. No motor-cades... for what? nonsense!

6. No travel expenses... if after taking more than 3 thousand dollars a month for 8yrs at most and 4 yrs at least (which money in any case is only left to acrue interest or some treasury bill because the dictates of the office provides even condoms and female condoms for free in the name of presidential comfort!) and one cannot afford to travel on his/her personal purse then that man or woman must be an idiot indeed!

7. pay either pension or salary.... not both... both is foolish and idiotic combined... no sense!

our leaders must be ready to offer voluntary service or they must stay their private lives!

so i attended some of these (more than one) way back... and i just kinda recall how we used to close each day!

one hardly understands some of the things that are said anyway... but you are not just left to go... "about-turn, front-turn, right-turn, left-turn, about-turn.... DISMISS..."

the Daily Graphic again ooooooooo! why o why? the last time they were goofing bad about Atta Mills' choice of VP candidate! and this time...

NPP functionaries share affordable houses

and that is the headline by our state sponsored newspaper! our taxes man! i believe whoever is the editor and manager and whoever else is in there in any position of authority must be called to book.

why should a state newspaper which is mandated to report fairly without bias put out such headline. whatever be the interest of whichever interested party in this matter who finds him/herself at a position of decision on headlines at the state paper, This headline which clearly maligns one political party is totally uncalled for! it is foolish to say the least if not stupid. shit!!!

why so some people think that they must use our tax money for foolish agenda is something i don't accept and pal you must not accept it no matter which party or fan club you belong to. This is a matter which clearly must be removed from the political party npp by a state institution. No concert here pal... i just don't get the logic pal. why must we by all means see ourselves always and on any matter as either npp or cpp or ndc or shit???

well pal, i know a lot of people are jumping and screaming about that npp folks have taken the houses meant for those who can afford (affordable houses right?) but be it as it may pal, i don't support any such thievery but matters must be put into the right contexts for 'nonsense' sake!

it's foolish how our state institutions position themselves under leaderships that only seek their self interests obviously under whatever political party finds itself in the leadership of government! this is shit and this shit must be stopped! Atta Mills and his Asaga (who has asaga) must all come out to condemn this folly! so too must whoever else while the substance of the matter is dealt with!!!

Pal, if you don't understand what i mean, then what i'm say is that if this was a report from Daily Guide or any other private entity, then i wouldn't have been bothered. but for a state newspaper...! i beg to differ in all sweet folly!!!

the last time, i was telling you that Mills should stop spending the taxpayer's money on selected religious promotions in the name of praying for reconciliation.

i was nearly moved to do a second talk on it bcos i was happy when it came out that others of other faiths came questioning! that is the spirit!! see? why select some religion and leave out others when you claim to be doing a national religious exercise??? in any case who tells Mills and his religious 'followership' and/or 'leadersihp' that we all believe in prayers fashioned in the form of some 'jerico hour' anyway??? who told Mills?

and then after the prayers what happened??? didn't we see folks at Agbogbloshie clash with the apparent attack of ndc block-heads on npp folks??? where is all the reconcilliation now??? where is the prayer? or were these folks not invited to the prayer sections? why was Kufuor not present since he too set up a whole commission for reconciliation which displayed more than convincingly how the whole agenda was about maligning some people... reconcilliatoin?? that certainly would hardly be achieved with sectarianism!

Pal, i just don't get these whole 'thing' (yes thing!) of some pple deciding to play cheap instead of getting down to be UnLiKe I.C. Quaye the fake "down trodden of the people"... so let the prayer sections presented under only the islamic and christian faith seize now and let hard work begin towards reconciliation... call it populist like Malik the Kweku ONE!! that chap is just a disgrace to the high calls of journalism! This chap Kweku Baako is telling us today that Asaga the Moses who is only seeing canaan is just a victim of 'populism' and that what he did was no big deal!! hahahaha! let me laugh small pal...

Clearly it appears Kweku Baaku is 'out of touch'... Pal, whether JJ the RAW(lings) or some other ndc MPs have enjoyed with 'alacrity' the 'booty' gotten them generously by Kufuor my dear Kufused can never make the 'shear stealing of our resources in the name of the law therefore right' or that; that perhaps Kweku wants some others to admit connivance and therefore you 'you-thief-me, i-thief-you' and man and woman should go have orgasm. matter close???!

if this is the kind of standard Kweku wants then that can only be stupid of him! how foolish!!! so then why is he Malik the ONE Kweku out there making all the noise about Rawlings anyway... since he now seems nothing wrong with SHARING in wrong doing!!! Pal, if i were Kweku the one, i would be calling that that Chinery Hesse and group be put before trial for causing us financial loss willfully with glee... yes, they caused the loss with glee...

why would anybody want to 'compensate' another for being president...??? "compensate?" pal, that is the word the Hesse committee chooses to use for thier looting of our resources under the guise of the law!!! somebody would say they are clever... me i would say they are thieves!

so Malik should get this thing straight and stop fooling about... well he may just choose to continue fooling about... it's a choice and i'd reserve the choice also to describe his folly as i may please amidst all the human love i have for him...

So Moses the Asaga should also stop calling for mercy... he must by now be apologising to us all for 'misbehaving'... he's certainly a bad example by this conduct... and not too long ago he was the one beating his own wife anyway...! where are the femisnists against whom i stand myself for being feminists and not humanists???

so pal, Asaga has done wrong (which wrong is the unilateral decision without recourse to appropriate authority, unless otherwise revealed) and let whoever took part in the wrong be held accountable... i wont congratulate or thank Mills for this action of his because it's far about time that we demand responsibility and accountability... i only hope that the saga of Asaga is allowed to permeate all sectors of our governance... let Mills know that we won't be fooled if that's what he's up to... and let the likes of Kweku who are too happy to 'share' in wrong doing stop fooling...
