Pal,

Today history was made and i'm just all bathed in the excitement...

USAIN BOLT more than cruised to the olympic 100m final and blasted his own WR away with a new one (9.69s) in sensational fashion without even trying too hard

and i bet you should have seen this race. it was phenomenal...

and i don't know what happened to Asafa Powel...i had hopes for him...he is one athlete who just needs a decoration for his achievement too!

meanwhile, baring any drugs (i hope not pal)...i'm enjoying it to the full!

this is one piece i just finished...and it's one i wrote without knowing what i was writing from the first word...it's been some experience...

I guess the inspiration was to capture INSPIRATION itself and give it collour (an after thought--after the writing)...so i don't know what this poem would mean to you but whatever it means do enjoy!

and somehow i wish i could sincerely pass this one on to OBaMa!
